Returns:

All truck tents that are returned must contain all the original materials that were shipped. The tent must not be used and still have all its original packaging. It may only be returned if upon delivery, the package is found defective.

Truck Tents Canada must be notified at help@trucktentscanada.com within 10 days of the original purchase in order to receive a refund. If the problem was our fault all charges, including shipping, will be covered by us otherwise there will be a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Exchanges may be made at the customers request if all shipping and restocking fees are paid by them. However if we send you the wrong product, we will exchange it at no cost to you.

Shipped via Canada Post. Rates vary by province, add product to cart, proceed to checkout and fill out shipping info and update the page, you will see the shipping cost.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary across Canada. Please allow between 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Within the 48 main land United States:

$35 Flat Rate, Shipped via USPS or post.  Allow 5 to 10 business days.

Standard flat rate applies to all shipments for delivery within the 48 mainland United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii involving flat rate merchandise will require a quotation request to verify actual cost.

Taxes:

Shipped within Ontario subject to 8% PST.

Shipped within Canada subject to 5% GST.

Duties:

Depending upon availability and stock the items shipped directly from the U.S. include CampRight Truck Tents, Truck Bedz, Zodi Hot Showers.

As some of our products will be shipped directly from our US warehouses, duties and fees may apply at the border. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes applied by Canada customs.

PLEASE NOTE

CampRight truck tents are shipped from the U.S.A.  Duties and taxes are charged upon delivery, this can be @ $80 CND. depending on how good of a mood Canada Customs are in.  If these fees are redirected back to us we will apply the charges to your credit card or PayPal account.
